Innovation Research & Development Portfolio Manager

  • Directed technical projects in artificial intelligence, electro-optics, photonics, quantum computing, materials, and radio frequency. 

  • Guided over \$2.5M in  funding for seed-stage technology concepts, aligning innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy. 

  • Shaped process for invention disclosures

  • Served as a committee member for the Invention Review Committee.

2019 - 2023

Sr. Systems Engineer

  • Provided technical leadership on research and development efforts focusing on new technology development for the space domain.

  • Jointly developed an operations analysis architecture for a next-generation sensor system.

  • Researched and presented space adversarial threat briefings for engineering and technology leadership teams.

2017 - 2019

Technology Development Staff Executive

  • Managed and coordinated all activities under $200M R&D portfolio, including all communication for the Technology Development and Execution office with other functions.

  • Participated in Investment Governance Board strategy discussions which enables technology funding and technology strategy decision-making.

2015 - 2017

Flight Test Engineer

  • Served as Raytheon Site Lead responsible for supporting integration testing of the most advanced air to air missile programs onto three aircraft platforms: F-35, F-22, and F-16.

  • Independently supported live fire missions, including high-dynamic test points.

  • Initiated effort to revitalize Raytheon’s reputation and customer relationships with Combined Test Force partners at Edwards AFB, CA. This increased test involvement and improved data collection efficiency.

2010 - 2015

Manufacturing Lead

  • Directly managed ten represented employees and collaborated with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop strategic and robust solutions to technical problems.

  • Managed annual operating plan, including overhead budget, headcount, and capacity analysis for the value stream.

  • Developed visualization tools for multiple value stream partners that ensured on-time delivery for next higher level assembly parts.
